We do not offer returns on our products. However, we are pleased to provide an exchange option for items of equal or higher value. (Not applicable on Sale Items) Please note that all shipping charges for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Color Variation & Return Policy


Please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences in videography, photography, and screen settings. We highly recommend confirming the exact shade and fabric with us at 9895314377 through WhatsApp  before placing your order.

No returns will be accepted due to fabric preference after receiving the product.

Most of our products are customized upon order; therefore, returns will not be entertained.

Please check the size chart carefully before placing an order.

If an exchange is approved, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges.

We have a 2 DAY exchange policy, which means you have 2 DAYS after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items .

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 
Opening video of the parcel is must. We provide 100% Quality checked Products. 


Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send you the exchanged product with in 2-3 days.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, Return Acceptable only on damage or defected product on time delivery and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
